Specialized High-Elevation Access & Safety Protocols
The installation elevations extended up to 14 meters above the ground floor, requiring the mobilization of specialized compact spider lifts and articulated boom lifts capable of passing through standard mall entrance doors without overloading floor slabs. To comply fully with Emaar safety mandates, Zarco Star Building Contracting L.L.C ensured that every machine operator and high-level technician held certified IPAF credentials and completed developer safety inductions.
Precision Acoustic Gypsum Installation & Night Shifts
Perforated gypsum systems demand exceptional technical precision. Every panel must align with laser-level accuracy so the micro-perforations maintain continuous visual lines across hundreds of square meters. Our dedicated drywall crews executed demolition and framing exclusively during restricted overnight hours, protecting lower storefronts with heavy drop sheets and specialized dust collection vacuums.
Delivery Results & Handover
The upgraded ceiling and wall cladding surfaces were completed on schedule, providing vastly improved acoustic dampening and a clean, contemporary architectural aesthetic.
