Client Brief & Project Overview
For the opening of the CATHUSIA boutique at Jumeirah Al-Naseem Resort, Zarco Star Building Contracting L.L.C was selected to supply and install a premium, resort-grade hoarding enclosure. In luxury five-star hotel settings, retail hoardings must transcend basic plywood barricades, serving instead as elegant marketing facades that preserve the pristine holiday atmosphere for international guests.
Scope of Work & Turnkey Execution
Our team executed the full scope of works from structural wind-load calculation to on-site assembly. The system comprised a heavy-gauge galvanized steel framework, non-combustible gypsum cladding panels, acoustic perimeter seals, an integrated access door with concealed digital locks, and a full-height, anti-scratch graphic wrap promoting the upcoming boutique launch.
Engineering & Site Challenges
Operating within Jumeirah Al-Naseem’s open-air retail arcade presented distinct environmental challenges, including coastal humidity, marine salt air, and guest circulation paths. Zarco Star Building Contracting L.L.C utilized corrosion-resistant fasteners and UV-stabilized outdoor graphic films to prevent peel or discoloration. Work had to be performed with zero noise impact on nearby private villas and suites, requiring whisper-quiet hand tool assembly.
Delivery Results & Handover
The hoarding was erected, inspected, and approved in a single overnight shift with zero observations from Jumeirah engineering. The structure provided total visual concealment and dust isolation, allowing interior contractors to commence fit-out works safely behind a visually striking, five-star branded facade.
