Aldo Coppola, an internationally recognized luxury beauty brand located inside Dubai Mall, required continuous maintenance and selective architectural fit-out upgrades to keep the salon operating smoothly and visually aligned with the mall’s prestigious standards. Given Dubai Mall’s stringent operational regulations, complex permit processes, and limited after-hours working schedules, the project required a contractor capable of navigating an intensely controlled retail environment. Operating inside the world’s busiest retail destination demands strict adherence to developer protocols—ranging from designated material delivery slots via service docks to rigorous noise abatement guidelines and technical authority permits. All method statements, risk assessments, and health & safety approvals were submitted and cleared prior to every shift.
Civil & MEP Upgrades with Minimal Disruption
The project scope combined architectural corrections, plumbing modifications for specialized salon wash stations, electrical load re-balancing for high-draw styling apparatus, decorative ceiling adjustments, and high-end paint restoration. Because works were executed between evening mall closure and morning reopening, all construction dust was filtered through industrial air purifiers, and work zones were deep-cleaned before opening hours.
Delivery Results & Handover
All renovation and MEP maintenance works were completed on schedule, passing mall facilities inspections on the first attempt.
