The Address Hotel hoarding project required fast-track execution with high-quality finishing—delivered under tight time constraints in a premier Downtown Dubai hospitality location. The primary objective was to erect a sturdy, visually clean, and acoustically insulated hoarding system within a single night shift, ensuring neighboring hotel and retail operations continued without disruption.
Managing Distance, Time Pressure & Precision Requirements
Executing an intensive one-night hoarding installation required meticulous logistical planning and staging. Structural materials, heavy-duty track studs, fire-rated gypsum boards, and pre-printed graphics were prefabricated, checked, and transported in advance with zero margin for error. Upon arrival during the scheduled mall quiet hours, the team worked inside an active public environment where millimeter accuracy, strict noise mitigation, and dust containment were mandatory. The layout was carefully coordinated with mall facilities management to ensure perfect alignment with approved shopfront boundaries, emergency egress corridors, and fire sprinkler clearances.
Engineering & Site Challenges
Working in a luxury hotel environment presented significant technical constraints. Standard mechanical anchoring into high-value polished marble floors was prohibited. Zarco Star Building Contracting L.L.C engineered a non-destructive counterweight-stabilized base system capable of resisting lateral public impact loads without compromising the underlying stone flooring. Furthermore, acoustic dampening panels were integrated into the framing cavity to isolate ongoing internal refurbishment noise from the adjoining guest areas.

The hoarding enclosure was completely assembled, painted, graphic-wrapped, and handed over within a single 8-hour shift, meeting every safety and aesthetic standard set by mall authorities.
