Executing high-level architectural cladding upgrades in Dubai Mall requires unmatched logistical coordination, stringent health and safety compliance, and flawless night-shift execution. Zarco Star Building Contracting L.L.C was appointed to strip down deteriorating aluminum cladding panels and replace them with contemporary USGME P6 acoustic perforated gypsum boards.
High-Level Access & IPAF Certified Operations
With working elevations extending over 12 meters above retail concourses, our crews operated specialized articulated boom lifts and compact spider cranes. All technicians were IPAF certified, working within cordoned safety zones to ensure zero impact on pedestrian walkways and adjacent flagship stores.
Acoustic Engineering & Precision Jointing
Perforated gypsum panels require precise alignment across both horizontal and vertical axes to maintain continuous perforation patterns. Our expert drywall and jointing teams worked through night shifts to tape, joint, and sand the surfaces to an immaculate level-5 finish.
Delivery Results & Handover
