About the Project
This commercial unit in Business Bay required a complete transformation from a raw shell-and-core space into a fully operational retail shop. ZARCO® was responsible for the full fit-out, including civil works, MEP installations, municipality inspections, and approvals from Dubai authorities and the landlord.
One of the project’s key challenges was the addition of a mezzanine floor. ZARCO® coordinated all structural and safety requirements, prepared documentation, and successfully secured approvals from DDA. Once approved, execution began, ensuring the new level integrated perfectly with the existing structure.
MEP installations were executed with precision to align with commercial regulations. Electrical and plumbing works progressed alongside gypsum partitioning, forming the framework for the final interior layout. Regular inspections were passed smoothly due to proper sequencing and quality-focused preparation.
Partial MEP works, mezzanine construction, and gypsum profiling were completed on schedule, with full execution progressing toward handover. ZARCO® has maintained strong coordination throughout, ensuring the final commercial space will be delivered with functional, regulatory, and aesthetic excellence.
