About the Project
Aldo Coppola, a well-known luxury beauty brand inside Dubai Mall, required continuous maintenance and selective fit-out upgrades to keep the shop operating smoothly and visually aligned with the mall’s premium standards. With Dubai Mall’s strict regulations, approval processes, and limited working hours, the project demanded a contractor capable of navigating a highly controlled environment. ZARCO® was appointed for both civil and MEP works, ensuring the shop remained functional while improvements were carried out with precision and minimal disruption.
Operating inside Dubai Mall requires adherence to a long list of rules, from material movement timings to noise-control restrictions and technical approvals. ZARCO®’s prior experience in the mall gave us a strong advantage. Our team coordinated closely with mall management to schedule works during allowed windows, maintain clean pathways, and submit all method statements, permits, and documentation in advance. This streamlined approach ensured the project progressed smoothly without operational challenges for the tenant.
