About the Project
The Al Ain Mall hoarding project required fast-track execution with high-quality finishing—delivered under tight time constraints and across a long-distance mobilization. Although the mall is located more than 150 km away from Dubai, ZARCO® deployed its specialized hoarding team, composed of technicians with extensive experience working in high-standard environments such as Dubai Mall. The objective was to provide a sturdy, visually clean, and safe hoarding system within a single night, ensuring the mall could continue operations without disruption.
Executing a one-night hoarding installation far from our main operations required logistical efficiency. Materials had to be selected, prepared, and transported in advance, with no margin for error or delay. Upon arrival, the team worked in a live environment where accuracy, noise control, and safety were mandatory. The hoarding layout was coordinated with mall management to ensure proper alignment with shopfront boundaries, emergency exits, and public walkways.
Although the project was located outside Dubai, the client expected the same quality standards seen in top-tier malls. ZARCO® delivered robust framing, clean panel installations, and smooth finishing lines that met these expectations while maintaining cost efficiency. The team’s familiarity with premium mall requirements allowed us to replicate the same level of workmanship—clear edges, uniform surfaces, and a strong structural base suitable for graphic applications or future modifications.
The hoarding was completed within a single night, meeting all safety and visual standards set by the mall. Despite the long-distance travel and compressed timeline, the final result showcased ZARCO®’s capability to mobilize quickly and execute with precision. The project was delivered seamlessly, reinforcing our reputation for efficient, high-quality hoarding solutions across the UAE.
