About the Project
Sobha Aroma J222 is a high-rise residential tower located in Sobha Hartland, where ZARCO® was appointed to execute gypsum works across multiple apartments and floors. Our involvement began after all major MEP installations, placing us directly within a live construction environment — one where coordination, timing, and safety were critical. Working during Dubai’s peak summer season added another challenge, requiring strict compliance with HSE standards, heat protocols, and controlled workmanship to ensure consistency across every level.
Executing gypsum works in a tower that is simultaneously undergoing civil, MEP, and structural activities required careful planning. ZARCO® organized the workflow floor by floor, ensuring all partitions, ceilings, and finishing lines aligned perfectly with architectural specifications. Daily coordination with the main contractor was essential, allowing us to adapt quickly to shifting site conditions, inspection schedules, and interface points with other trades.
Given the project scale, consultant inspections were frequent and detailed. To avoid rework or delays, our team ensured every surface was straight, every joint was properly treated, and every finish met the tower’s quality benchmarks before calling for an inspection. This disciplined approach resulted in smooth approvals across multiple floors, demonstrating our team’s technical precision and readiness to work at high standards without compromise.
ZARCO® successfully completed gypsum works across the assigned sections of the tower, contributing to the steady progress of this landmark residential development. Despite challenging weather conditions and the complexities of a live high-rise site, the project was executed with professionalism, consistency, and a commitment to quality. The finished spaces reflect both structural integrity and refined interior readiness — a result we are proud to deliver.
